Message from Michell: Recognizing excellence
Management Colleagues,
I hope you had an enjoyable and relaxing Thanksgiving with family and friends. One thing I gave thanks for is our first-rate Management Division workforce. I’m grateful for your commitment and hard work all year long, and this is the time of year when we take the opportunity to recognize particularly outstanding accomplishments with the Boardwide Special Achievement Award and Management Division Director’s Awards.
This year, we have three MGT colleagues who are receiving Special Achievement Awards for their exceptional contributions to the Board. I hope you will take a moment tomorrow at 12:30 to come over to the ceremony at Eccles, or watch at your desk, and support Rima, Mike, and Jacqui.
Our annual division awards be announced at the “Start Off the New Year Right” event on Thursday, January 14. I’m looking forward to presenting these awards for excellent leadership and customer service to colleagues from across the division who were singled out for recognition by their peers and managers.
Since September, we have had a new way to recognize service excellence year round – the Management Customer Service Recognition Program. Already more than 30 MGT colleagues have received this award!
