About the Library
Skype
The Research Library provides outside-the-firewall access to Skype in our conference rooms. This is a great way to stay connected with co-authors and to interview prospective job candidates in a very cost-effective way.
Skype allows users to see each other face-to-face and communicate via voice audio and live chat during the Skype session. For security and bandwidth concerns, Skype is only available on selected outside-the-firewall workstations at the Board like those designated workstations in the Research Library.
For more information about Skype access in the Research Library, please email Ask-a-Librarian, call x3333 or contact us via the Ask-a-Librarian IM.
