Allison Dichoso joins Facility Services

Allison Dichoso joins Facility Services as a program and special projects analyst. In this capacity, she will work on a broad range of strategic and operational projects such as compliance management, policy development, and training. She will continue to play an active role in employee accountability for Facility Services, LEU, IRP, Fine Arts, and Budget and Administration, and assist the LEU with their training program.

Allison joined the Board almost seven years ago as the manager of Employee Relations (ER) where she managed ER programs resolving workplace conflict, coordinating Board Accountability, and developing policy. Since then, she has had the opportunity to work on more Board strategic projects, an area she enjoys.
