Effective January 1, Technology Services implemented an internal reorganization to better align resources to meet the growing demands across the branch and to strengthen its branch-level governance posture.

The ASAP Infrastructure section, renamed Technology Services Infrastructure, is now responsible for infrastructure across Technology Services. Prakash Bhatt will continue to manage the section and to report to Reginald Roach. Two individuals from other teams, Brian Marhefsky and Evan Leopold, have joined the section.

Also, a new team was formed in Technology Governance to focus on quality assurance, system administration, training, and testing. Belinda Johnson, Shane Wilden, Dana Chambers, Nelia Manguerra, and Nicole Staton have joined that team, which is managed by Fran Horne, who reports to Theresa Trimble.
