Starting this month, five to six MGT employees will be randomly selected every month to have lunch with our division director, Michell Clark. Guests will be treated to lunch at a nearby restaurant. There is no meeting agenda for this lunch—its goal is to provide an informal setting for employees to get to know Michell and colleagues from around the division with whom they might not otherwise interact.

“Lunch with Michell” is part of ongoing MGT leadership efforts to address what you said in the engagement survey and increase opportunities for all employees to learn more about what’s going on in the division, share ideas, and ask questions.

E-mail invitations to the first monthly event will be sent by Deidre Grant. Each month, Deidre will generate a random guest list from the MGT employee list (not including officers and managers).
