MGT Division employees randomly selected for focus groups
A randomly selected group of 300 MGT Division employees were notified by e-mail earlier this week and asked to participate in one of the Management Division’s upcoming engagement discussions.
Michell Clark and his leadership team have decided to further explore three very important topics of interest from the Engagement Survey you participated in last fall and have asked the Engagement Champions to randomly select employees in our division to participate in facilitated discussions around these three key areas:
- Communication and Transparency
- Career Development
- Performance Management
How it Works
Upon arrival, you will be divided into small groups and given questions that will lead to healthy discussions around these three key areas. Your valued feedback and input will be collected by the facilitators in a manner that ensures your confidentiality and later shared with Michell and his leadership team so they can ultimately decide which areas to address with actions plans.
Why Participate?
In order to improve, we must commit to a constant process of internal review and analysis. One of the most productive ways to do this is to listen to your views on the issues listed above. This event will provide us with baseline data from which we can implement appropriate strategies and plans to improve what we do and how we do it. This is a great opportunity to engage in healthy discussion about how we can improve as a division as well as an opportunity to collaborate with others across the division.
Times & Dates
Employees were selected to participate in a specific session which was noted in the e-mail; however please let our division’s engagement champions (Gina Lewis, Keisha Hargo, or Kevin May) know if there is a conflict and they will enroll you in another one instead.
