Bride's Bio

Joyce was born and raised in Springfield, PA, in the suburbs of Philadelphia. She attended Penn State University for her Bachelor's degree and the University of Michigan for her Master's degree. She moved to the Washington, DC area for a job at which she has been working for 10 years. Yikes!

Of course, many of you already know that Joyce has a twin sister, Jill, who resides in Gaithersburg, MD with her husband, Sascha. Joyce also has an older brother, Garrett, who resides in West Chester, PA with his wife, Zoe, and adorable little daughter, Kinsey. Joyce's parents reside in Springfield, PA and spend time between there and in Williamsburg, VA.

Joyce loves running and taking classes at the gym. She enjoys spending time with Nick, as well as friends and family. She adores animals, especially the kitties.

She is really excited to celebrate the wedding with family and friends in Williamsburg.

Groom's Bio

Nick was born and raised in W. Irondequoit, in the suburbs of Rochester, NY. He went to college at Rochester Institute of Technology for his Bachelor's degree in Media Arts and Technology and a Master's degree in Print Media. He decided to move to the Washington, DC area for a job at the Government Printing Office and now works as a Graphic/Web Designer for the Department of Defense over the last 4 years.

Since moving to DC, he's always lived in the Northern Virginia area and after 7 years, decided to buy a 2 bedroom / 2 bath condo in Arlington, VA in May 2009. Nick spends his spare time with his fiancé, friends, the kitties and enjoys running, biking, playing guitar and the remainder of freetime is usually doing freelance graphic design and websites.

Nick's family resides in Rochester, NY and Charlotte, NC, which works out perfect that the wedding location will be a midpoint in Williamsburg, VA.
